Green School Workshop
MUVA students prepared and catered their first formal event on Tuesday, October 30th at the San Joaquin County Office of Education. The meal provided included croissant turkey sandwiches, pasta, salad, fruit, and cookies. Students spent four hours prepping on Monday night and three hours on Tuesday morning with Chef Bryan Ehrenholm. They arrived at SJCOE, set-up, served, and cleaned up after feeding students, teachers, and administrators at the 2nd Annual Pathways Green School Workshop.
